Returns Policy

14 day return policy, from date of receipt of purchases.

Customer to inform Book Warehouse Ltd of any damages, shortages or problems with any delivery within 7 days of receipt, by emailing info@thebookwarehouse.co.uk or filling in the return request form below.

Book Warehouse Ltd will refund original and return postage in the case of damaged goods, or any goods delivered in error.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
